Sheba son of Bichri

Description

Benjaminite of the family of Bichri who, after Absalom's revolt, raised the cry 'We have no portion in David, nor have we inheritance in the son of Jesse: every man to his tents, O Israel' and led a short-lived secession; pursued by Joab to Abel of Beth-maacah, where the wise woman of the city secured peace by having Sheba beheaded and his head thrown over the wall (2 Samuel 20).
